Here are the steps you need to take in order to install
Baby Wiz Magnetic Safety Cabinet Locks
1) Clean the installation surface from any grease or debris
2) Let it dry
3) Test your cupboard door for any screws or nails because that can interfere with magnetic keys and make it ineffective.
4) Use the installation
ALIGNMENT CRADLE
(installation template ) to align locks and latches properly.
5) Peel off the adhesive tape
6) Close your drawer or cabinet door and let all the parts to stick to your cupboard door then apply a slight pressure on baby safety locks and latches  for better bonding.
7) Very important. Let it sit and dry for at least 24 hrs for a maximum strength bonding.
8) Turn your lock to "on" position. Baby proofing safety locks are shipped in "off" position and you need to engage them before using.
8) Use one of the included magnetic keys to open childproof cabinet locks.
For your convenience when your baby is not around you can disarm the locking mechanism by flipping the switch on the lock to off position.
